To ensure users have access you need to do the following:

 

1. Login to Webex Control Hub Webex Control Hub

2. Navigate to Contact Centre


3. On the left hand panel select "Access" under "User Management"




4. Along the top bar select "Resource collections"


5. Select the relevant "Resource collection" for example "Contact Support Supervisor Profile"


6. Select "Resources"

7. Scroll down to "Queues" and add the "Outbound_Queue"

8. Save
