To enable the overrides (used to override flow settings):
- Log in to the Webex Control Hub.
- On the landing page, scroll down and select Contact Centre.
Click on Channels
Click on the flow channel name
Flow Settings Override
The list below shows the available flow settings. You can override any of these by:
- Sliding the button to the right so it displays a ✓ (tick) instead of an X.
- Entering the new value.
- Clicking Save.
The default value will remain in the main flow settings. If you slide the button back to the left, the setting will automatically revert to its default value.
