Food Businesses - Food Business worksheets
The following tabs are updated:
- On the Food Business tab, the Name of Food Business field is increased to 255 characters to allow for multiple business names. (This applies to all authorities irrespective of the Food Standards Delivery Model)
Food Businesses - FSA LAEMS
Support for the FSA LAEMS survey report have been further amended in this release.
- The Sampling for Allergens report is renamed simply as the Samples Survey Report, as it is no longer concerned only with allergens.
- A new Area report option caters for authorities with a separate port health responsibility. The report is run twice: once for port areas, then again for the rest.
- The standard Show/Hide report option is added to include data for each food business or only the group totals.
- The report's End of Year Survey section is removed.
-
The Sample Class column can now show any of the following, as appropriate:
- Microbiological Contamination
- Composition
- Other Contamination
- Sampling for Allergens
- Labelling and Presentation
- Other
- The report shows the total of business for each sample class and product group, and a grant total across all groups.
Licensing - Renewals
Previously, an authority user was not allowed to create a Licence (Renewal) application for a licence if one was already in existence. With this release, if the existing Licence (Renewal) application is completed but not issued (the Licence Issued: Actual date is blank) then a new Licence (Renewal) is allowed.
Similar situations can arise in which an applicant is also unreasonably prevented from creating a public-facing Licence (Renewal) application. Unless there are existing in-progress, or issued, applications, these too will now be allowed.
Licensing - Star Ratings for Animal Welfare Licences in Licence Register
With this release, ASSURE can be configured to show such star ratings in the online register.
An Animal Welfare checkbox is added to the General tab of the System Admin - Licence Setup screen so the relevant Licence types can be identified. (The existing Include in Licence Register checkbox on the Parameters tab should also be ticked.)
A Select Licence button is added to the Address / Location tab of every Animal Welfare Inspection worksheet.
- If only one animal welfare licence is found, its Licence Reference, Licence Type and Status appear automatically.
- If more than one licence is found, the relevant can be chosen from the Licences linked to this Premises Address dialog.
The Licence Register displays the Star Rating of every animal welfare licence provided that an Animal Welfare Inspection worksheet has been completed for it (if there is more than one, the most recent is used). The Star Rating is simply the Risk Group value from the Inspection Scores tab of the worksheet, rendered as a row of one to five stars.
★★★★★
The stars appear on the Search Results page, and in the Premises Details section of individual licences.
For this to work correctly, the Risk Group must be a value from 1 to 5. This in turn requires that the Category values configured on the Welfare Standards tab of the System Admin - Inspections Animal Welfare Task Group Parameters screen must also be from 1 to 5, where 1 corresponds to the highest inspection frequency, and 5 corresponds to the lowest inspection frequency. Remember that there are separate configurations for each Task Group and Risk Level.
