For some Licences, when attempting to create a new transaction worksheet (e.g. Renewal, or Additional Information etc.) the system gets stuck on the loading wheel/dots and doesn't create the new worksheet.

The root cause is an issue with a person record stored within a subtab. (This is more likely to happen on migrated records).

Solution: You will need to locate the most recent transaction worksheet (search the Licence number in the General Search and all related worksheets will appear in the search results). But this needs to be the most recent transaction where the licence tab was filled in (to update the Licence record). E.g. in this instance, the most recent two against LN/000006700 are:

But neither of these have the Licence Issued field in the Licence tab filled in, so the changes within these worksheets have not updated the Licence record. So you need to skip these two and go to the next worksheet which is WK/000079748 (the previous year's renewal).

Open this record, find where a PK is linked (usually on a subtab, not the applicant tab). Go to each subtab that uses a Name-Address Collector, remove that person that is linked, then use Find Person to re-add them.

Click Save and wait for the Licence Updated pop-up.

Then attempt to recreate a new Renewal worksheet from LN/000006700. This should now work successfully and you will be able to save your new worksheet.
