Solution Article – Login to NEC Housing
When you first login to NEC Housing you will need the username and password that have been supplied to you, any login after that will automatically sign you in, provided you have followed the guidance below:

Go to MS Office 365 waffle and select
. You should then be logged straight in to NEC Housing. If not, close the browser and try again.
- Altenatlively use this url to login – you could save it on your Desktop or as a Favourite within MS Edge - https://housing.colchester.gov.uk/ords/houlive_ax/sso
Please Note : If you book appointments in DRS Opti-time at the point that you raise a repair in NEC Housing, you will still need to access NEC Housing via the current route in Live Desktop/RDP (The connection to Opti-time isn’t currently accessible over the Internet) .
To do so, login to Cloud Apps, and open NEC Housing within the Northgate folder.
