From time to time it will become necessary to raise a call with ICT.

This can be done from a corpoarate Connect laptop or via your own device via the Office 365 login.


Using a Corporate Connect Laptop


From the desktop of your corporate Connect laptop you will see an icon for the CCC ICT Portal. Double click that to launch the ICT portal below.



At this point you may be presented with a Freshdesk Sign in page, If that appears, left click the tile above the username titled - Click here - to use your CCC work account.



That will complete the access to the ICT Portal pages below.


Using Your own Device


In order to raise a call with ICT, you must ensure that you are logged into Office 365 via https://portal.office.com.

Once signed in. left click the waffle tile in the top left to expand the menu.


If the icon for the ICT Portal is not visible, run a search for it and then left click it once it is available as shown below.


 


That will launch the ICT portal.

At this point you may be presented with a Freshdesk Sign in page, If that appears, left click the tile above the username titled - Click here - to use your CCC work account.



That will complete the access to the ICT Portal pages below.



ICT Portal


When you launch the ICT portal, you are presented with the main screen and a number of menu options.




The one you select will depend on your needs at any given time.


Report a Problem - To fix an issue that you may have.

Make a Request - To ask for a change or request a service need.

Starters & Leavers - The onboarding and offboarding of IT requirements for starters & leavers.

IT Policies - Very Important, please read the IT policies on does and don'ts for use of IT kit.

Helpful Guides - How to guides for help with your IT needs.


Depending on your selection, you may have to select an additional tile (When viewing all requests) to refine what you need.

Once you have the template open, you will then be asked to fill in a number of fields.

Please put as much information as you can as the more information ICT has, the easier it is to complete the call.

Fields marked with a red asterisk are mandatory fields and must have detail within it.


Once you have filled in as much as you can, hit submit.  


You will then be sent an email confirming that the call has been raised with a link to the ticket with its reference so that you can monitor its progress.
