CBC Connect devices do not have the Cisco Webex plugin preinstalled so people will need to access the content via the browser.
To avoid using the Webex plugin you will need to connect via the browser - Cisco Webex
Then enter the required session ID from the email supplied by the host.
IMPORTANT NOTE - The password required to access the session is not embedded and will be required if one has been set on the webinar.
Please ensure that the session password is obtained prior to the webinar.
