Introduction


If you need access to all of your Outlook contacting including emails, phone numbers and other information on your mobile device, this can be done using the following steps. Just make sure you have the Outlook app installed on either your work or personal device and sign in using your work credentials, authenticating with your mobile when prompted.

Authentication Setup



Sync Contacts


Assuming you have the app installed and have signed into your Outlook account, do the following sync contacts.


  • Open the Outlook App


       


  • Tap the menu icon at the top left of the screen 


       


  • Tap the settings cog at the bottom left of the screen
  • Tap on your account with the orange Office 365 symbol next to it

       

  • Toggle the sync contacts option and ensure it's enabled and highlighted blue


       


Over the next hour or so, your contacts should start to appear on the phone. You'll have the contacts on the device itself along with all of your work contacts from Outlook, allowing for easier communication when working from your mobile device on the go.
