Introduction


The recent updates to iTrent (at the time of this article) may affect your ability to access various folders in iTrent, especially when using Google Chrome. Use the below guide to clear any saved information and resolve the problem.

ISSUE


Following the upgrade to version 10.34, iTrent users in Google Chrome are unable to open folders in the ‘Links’ section of the screen.


       


RESOLUTION


Clear browsing history and cache



Clear History (Chrome)


  • Open the Google Chrome browser 
  • Click on the three-dot icon at the top right of the screen 
  • Hover over more tools
  • Click clear browsing data


       


  • Click advanced
  • Tick all the boxes (may need to scroll down slightly) 
  • Click clear data
  • Allow the browser to clear the history and await a notification 
  • Close the browser completely and re-open it
