Civica has been successfully migrated to the cloud (Azure) and is now readily accessible from within the Windows 10 cloud desktop, so there should no longer be any need to go back to VDI, unless you have been granted an exception for another purpose.
Where is it then?
In your Windows 10 Cloud Apps portal, you should now see a new Folder called Civica, and in that you’ll see a shortcut to the Civica application, as shown the screenshots below:
Once opened the Civica application should behave just like any other existing Windows 10 published application.
